This extra virgin olive oil is produced with selected olives from farms with an organic production certificate, grown using a technique that does not involve the use of insecticides, herbicides and any other synthetic chemical substance. Bourbon del Monte Organic is subject to the control of the Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification (ICEA), a body recognized with MIPAAF authorization n. 91737 of 07/18/2002 in application of the Reg. EEC 848/18 IT BIO 006 – Operator Code B1737.
